Returns & Refund Policy
We strive for 100% customer
satisfaction. Returns are accepted if:
- The product is damaged.
- An incorrect item is delivered.
- The size is wrong.
- The shipment is incomplete.
Return Procedure:
- Submit an unboxing/unpacking video as evidence.
- Report issues within 72 working hours of delivery.
Refunds are approved for damaged, incorrect, or missing items, as well as shipments lost in transit.
